Welcome to the OTW museum. What you see below is more than a collection of tables, sliced JPEGs, and legacy code; it is a twenty-five-year journey.
This project began as a solemn attempt to rescue fragments of a digital past that were nearly swallowed by the past. From the neon blue of a 1998 Tripod page to the monochromatic minimalism of 2013, these artifacts represent the changing seasons of my life; some vibrant with growth, and others quiet with stasis and the pain of natural mechanism.
This simple line, left on a blank white screen in 2021, was a placeholder for a future that felt uncertain. I am so grateful to acknowledge that "someday" has arrived. By restoring these pages with meticulous fidelity, you aren't just looking at old websites; you are witnessing a person finding their footing again.
This museum is a testament to the fact that we are never truly "down"—we are just in a period of maintenance. The site is back. The curator is healed. So go outside.
